There's a fine line between knowledge and the knowledge of the known. So from the perspective of an open mind, one can respect the aspects of each of these teachings despite of its time of origin; for all we know that for something to be a widespread ideology, there should be something in common, something that evokes a sense of identity to find solutions for; for all that we can comprehend, with this "vast" knowledge of ours.
Vaastu has been originated in South Asia and Fengshui in East Asia; and the Energy directed from the Natural Landscape or the Nature and how they influence the quality of life is THE common denominator for both of these teachings including certain system of measurements and astrology.

If you believed in the teachings of Maharishi Vaastu, or Feng Shui, you'd be dealing with the site provided and its context, the contour and its energetic elemental flow, and work to enhance what already exists. Though these two have subtle differences, its quite obvious that its so because of their places of origin.
There are some masters from both of these teachings that claim that Feng Shui, like the other ancient Indian knowledges, has been carried over to east Asia including other parts of the world and have been tweaked in ways that it would perfectly fit to enhance the state of that place.
As Architects of the "growing world" we can make sure we don't fall into the trap of blindly following the texts to the other parts of the world than its origin, and hence these texts might prove to be more useful and bring the best in us as a collective.
Hence it's important for us to understand this incredible knowledge deeply in a way that brings out the best and perhaps suits the structure and enables to sustain and grow into its surroundings instead of detaching from it.
So I think its the 'Vaastu and Feng Shui' for me.. What do you think? Best of both worlds or stick to one mindlessly?
As always, I'd love to hear your thought on this.. so drop them by!
Thank you for diving deep with me..
Stay Passionately curious++
Until next time deep divers.
